More information about panels submission

Panel organizers should submit:

1) The main topic of the panel with an abstract of 750 words.

2) A list with the potential participants to the panel with the tittle of
their abstracts.

3) The abstracts of the participants involved in the panel (750 words per
participant-group).

All the information should be included in the same file and should be send
only by the panel organizer.
Participants will be reviewed in their specific panels, there's no need
for them to send an abstract as individual participants.
If however the panel is rejected there will be 15 more days (after the
notification of acceptance of panels) to send any of those proposals as papers
(please check our website:
http://www.iclave9.uma.site/abstract-submission).
Once the period of acceptance of panels and papers is finished, everybody will
be notified in order to make the registration (January 2017) as participant (paper or poster) or as panel.
